TIPS FOR A HEALTHIER YOU!

•   Look for new recipes to help introduce your family to a wide variety of good foods that taste good too.  

•   Wash your fruits and vegetables with an alcohol free veggie wash.

•   Buy certified organic whenever possible (and affordable).

•   Encourage the drinking of spring water and eliminate soda from the diet.

•   Try to include each of the food groups in each or your meals.

•   Limit the amount of sugars and fats

•   Whenever possible use olive oil.  

•   Don't fall for those fat-free, no-sugar added, reduced calorie, zero  calorie advertisements. Remember if they've eliminated something, they've replaced it with something else.  Be aware of what that something else is.
